Interesting when experts disagree

Up To Date 

is a new service (for a fee) that helps physicians look up subjects and find the latest advice on how to treat patients. 

Naturally, when I found the authors of this section disagree with 2014 guidelines I thought how bold of them to Update guidelines.   Just what I am looking for.
