We will be in Australia for Christmas. We decorated the house last Christmas and had a few parties. When we were offered a cruise that circumnavigates the Australian continent we couldn't refuse. This is a very nice tree in the lobby of Sheraton Grand Hotel.
View of Los Angeles from our bedroom on 20th floor. On long plane flights I like to stop in a city between destinations. With our Starwood points we schedule 4 nights and get the fifth night. We also have buffet breakfast given to us at a lounge on the 26th floor. At night the lounge serves some free appetizers with soft drinks.
First night spent in LA at The District Bar Restaurant in the basement. The bar is very accessible to the LA Metro, less than a block away. Happy hour 3-7 PM.
