This is the best place for Dim Sum that I found in Hong Kong.  It is at the Mall near the Star Ferry.  Get there early as it is popular among the locals.

The best Dim Sum in the world is in Shanghai.  It is one of the three good food  choices to eat in China.  The other two are Peking Duck and MacDonalds.
