Are there more trees on Earth than stars in the Galaxy?

There are 300 million in the Milky Way galaxy that we live in. It is one of 125 billion galaxies in the universe. As our galaxy is only a little over average in size, this means that our star is one of 30 million million stars in the universe. A fantastically large number. This is where the line "There are as many stars as their are grains of sand on every beach in the world" comes...
