6.5 minute on Leptin in Lean, Obese and Reduced obese

Leptin tries to prevent starvation.  Low leptin tells brains to eat. 
 Reduced obese have low leptin because their fat cells are small.  
Obese have high levels of leptin. Giving them more leptin does little.
Reduced obese have low levels of leptin and do respond with leptin helping them with desire for and restraint from food 
Very complex.
