Number of calories in German Concentration camp



These inmates were starving on 1,500 to 1,700 calories a day because they did hard labor 11 hours a day.
They also were not appropriately dressed for cold weather.

Many had diarrhea.

Most diets are 1500 calories a day with exercise to lose weight.

However when the plateau is reached in 9-12, low leptin will prevent further weight loss.
