Update on my weight loss maintenance.

I was 283 pounds in 2/17/06.


I lost 83 pounds in time for my wedding in 7/30/2007.
I did it with 2 hours exercise a day and 1500 calorie diet. 




Update below 13 years 4 months later.

I now don't let myself get hungry.
Diet medications help with this. 
I try to walk 20 minutes a day or at least 5,000 steps. 
Not much weight lifting lately. 
I drink 2-5 oz alcohol a day. 

I have written 3 books on my experience. 

Last one is The Chronic Disease of Obesity
