Positive effect of Intermittent Fasting

 Better Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA)

with Intermittent fasting (IF).


I have not had much weight loss with IF but I have
a good response on my BIA numbers at the same weight.  
I did more walking in Florida but no weight lifting.  
 My Hgb A1c went back up 2 points due to Covid shut down and an increase in carbs while still in ketosis.


Below I document the changes at the same good weight of 211 pounds for me.






With Intermittent fasting I have lost 5.7 pounds of fat 
at the same weight 211 pounds.
