My ten step plan to slow progress of Alzheimers







P.S. There is no cure for Alzheimers yet. 


Since no one knows exactly what is the correct way to approach the disease of Alzheimer's I will present my theory of treatment link. 
1- Joyful Experiential stimulation of the brain 
Travel, blogging, twitter, Presidential campaign, writing books
LDLp 300, triglyceride level 50 non-fasting lab, remnants less than 10, nonHDLc less than 80, LDLc less than 50
3- Cialis (link) every other day
Recently generic,  Tadalfil sent price down to $15/ month.
I think this will help my brain as it improves my brain blood flow as does weight lifting.  Radical idea.
4- Walk 5,000 to 10,000 steps a day
5- Weight lifting for 30 minutes three times a week.
6- Systolic blood pressure under 120
7- Intermittent fasting 14 hours each day
Not as difficult as I thought but worth it with higher ketones and lower glucose.
8- Ketone level greater than 1.5 with LCHF diet and IF
9- Keep glucose low
10- Two ozs Alcohol per day helps reduce stress and improve socialization
